RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Mai Bespoke Hair, we are committed to delivering luxury-quality wigs and extensions. Every order is carefully inspected and recorded before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.

Quality Review

In the unlikely event that any issues arise, these must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photo and/or video evidence.

Items must remain unused and unaltered.

All orders are checked prior to dispatch.

Returns or replacements are only considered on items that are unused and in their original condition.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is confirmed to be faulty upon arrival, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Custom Orders 

All custom wigs are final sale. Each piece is tailored specifically to you, which means they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Please ensure you measure your head circumference carefully before purchasing, as inaccurate sizing or buyer’s remorse will not qualify for a return.


Quality Assurance

Each order is subject to a strict quality control process. Detailed photos and videos are taken prior to dispatch to confirm condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect or error, you must contact us at help@maibespokehair.com within 48 hours of delivery (as confirmed by the courier), providing clear photos or videos for review. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

  • If approved, you may choose a replacement of the same item or a full refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, accidental orders, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference after use.

  • Sale items and discounted purchases are also final sale.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations cannot be accepted.

  • Please contact us before sending a return to ensure it is authorised.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed, as we start processing your order as quick as possible to quicken the lead time. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.


Shipping Responsibility

  • Refused deliveries are not considered valid returns.

  • Mai Bespoke Hair is not liable for lost, delayed, or incorrectly addressed shipments caused by customer error.


Hair Maintenance & Fair Use

Proper care is essential. We cannot accept returns for items that have been cut, coloured, chemically treated, or altered after receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deactivate accounts in cases of fraudulent claims, abusive behaviour, or suspicious return activity.
