Bundles & Lace: FAQs
What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, single-donor human hair. It has not been chemically altered and can be lifted to 613 (level 10). Raw hair offers the highest level of longevity, versatility, and colour flexibility, making it a complete blank canvas. It can last up to five years with proper care.
Virgin hair is high-quality human hair that has been gently processed to achieve uniform texture. Ours is sourced from dual donors and can typically be lifted to level 7–8 (colour 27). It can last up to three years with proper care.
If you plan to colour your hair, we always recommend choosing raw hair.
How many bundles are needed for a full head?
This depends on your desired look and volume.
- 3 bundles for a natural, everyday finish
- 4 bundles for fuller density or longer lengths
For lengths above 22", we recommend 4 bundles for optimal fullness.
What is the density of your lace frontals and closures?
Our lace frontals and closures are constructed with a natural, non-bulky density that adheres to common professional installation standards.
The density is intentionally balanced to allow for realistic hairlines, clean parting, and seamless blending, without excessive thickness.
Do you only offer HD lace?
Yes. All of our lace frontals and closures are made using HD lace for optimal melt, realism and finish.
Are the knots on your lace frontals and closures small?
Yes. Our lace systems feature fine, small knots designed to create a natural scalp appearance once bleached and customised.
