At Mai Bespoke Hair, we are committed to providing you with high-quality hair extensions and wigs. Every order is carefully assessed and packaged with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible.


Processing Times:

Natural Colour (1B)  Bundles, Bulk Braiding Hair & Lace Frontals/Closures

  • 5–10 working days (unless marked Ready to Ship)

Custom Wigs

Please note that all wigs are made to order. Processing times vary depending on lace size:

  • Wigs with 2×6, 5×5, 13x4 and 13×6 HD lace:
    Please allow 15–18 working days for processing.

     

  • Wigs with 6×6, 7×7 and 9×6 HD lace:
    Please allow 21–25 working days for processing.

 

⚠️ Important: Processing begins immediately after purchase to ensure fast delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Delivery Information

  • All orders are shipped with tracking and signature required.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow additional transit time during busy periods (sales, holidays). If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

  • Plan Ahead: Please plan ahead and allow sufficient lead time for your intended use. We cannot be held responsible for missed appointments or events resulting from late orders. We strongly advise all customers to wait until their order has been received before booking any hair appointments.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees, or import duties required by their country.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Lost/Missing Parcels: Once a courier marks an order as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for loss/theft.

  • Transit Responsibility: Once parcels are handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.
