Orders commence processing immediately upon placement. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalising to avoid any inconvenience.

14-Day Returns Policy Criteria:

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original packaging, maintaining a resellable condition—free from wear, washing, or alterations.

Hair Tags: If hair tags are removed, we cannot process exchanges, and the order will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Communication Before Return: Always reach out to us before returning items, ensuring a smooth process.

Exclusions for Hygiene Reasons: Wigs, lace systems, custom hair and custom-made units are all bespoke and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Return: Only regular-priced, non-custom items may be returned for an exchange; sale, custom or discounted items are excluded from our Refunds & Returns policy.

Parcel Responsibility: Your parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us. Please consider using trackable and insured services for added protection.

Proof of Postage: Always retain proof of postage and tracking number for potential inquiries.

Timeframe for Returns: Returns arriving after the 14-day window cannot be processed.

Processing Returns: We aim to process returns promptly, with a maximum timeframe of 14 days, especially during busy holidays. Customer care responses via email may take up to 48 hours. We are not responsible for carrier delays, faults, or losses due to incorrect addresses. Always use trackable and insured services for protection.

Exchanges & Replacements: We are pleased to offer a 14-day returns policy for eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your item, adhering to acceptance criteria. Refunds are processed within 5 working days, or exchanges are sent out according to the selected service at checkout. Any price differences are billed accordingly. Refunds for lower-value exchanges are issued back to the original payment method.

Refunds: Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method, appearing in your account within 5-10 working days. Refunds are individually assessed due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene regulations. Please refer to the returns policy above.

If items are sold out at the time of purchase, a refund is automatically issued. Allow 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if suspicious buying activity or unacceptable customer behavior is suspected.

Faulty Items: Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours, with affected items returned within 14 days for inspection. We may request additional information and pictures to substantiate your claim. Items sent past the 14-day deadline will not be processed. Photos and videos taken during our quality control check are part of our process.

We cannot process a return or exchange once you have chemically treated or altered the original state of your hair extensions or removed any security tags and labels.

Hair Maintenance: Hair maintenance is the responsibility of the customer. If you have altered, cut, or bleached your hair extensions and are dissatisfied with the outcome, or your hair experiences issues after chemical applications, we are not held responsible. Seek professional hair services if uncertain.

Fair Use: We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and luxury hair extensions. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure a safe buying experience, we do not allow returns past the specified deadline. Returns of worn, washed, or altered hair are strictly prohibited. We employ anti-fraud services and robust security procedures to safeguard our customers.

In cases of suspicious return patterns or unusual buying activity, such as suspected wear-and-return practices, returning fake hair, or excessive returns, we reserve the right to deactivate the account and associated accounts, taking appropriate action. We also reserve the right to cancel orders where suspicious activity is suspected or if a customer exhibits bullying or harassing behavior towards our company or staff.
