At Mai Bespoke Hair, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair extensions and wigs. We carefully assess and package each order with the utmost care and attention, to ensure that your items arrive in the best condition possible.

ORDER PROCESSING INFORMATION

Please be aware that processing commences immediately after purchase so we can get your order to you as soon as possible. For that reason, we cannot cancel your order once you have placed it.

For natural coloured (1b) braiding hair and natural coloured (1b) wefted bundles and lace frontals/closures our processing timeline ranges from 5-10 business days after order is placed unless stated "READY TO SHIP". 

For coloured braiding hair and coloured wefted bundles, our processing timeline ranges from 7-12 business days after order is placed. 

For custom wigs, our processing timeline now ranges from 12-18 business days after order is placed unless stated otherwise or ordered before 7th April 2025 (please ensure to read product description).

 At Mai Bespoke Hair, we use reliable and trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Fedex, and DHL to deliver our products. We are located in England. Please note that once an order has been successfully placed, processing will commence automatically and cannot be altered. 

 

To ensure timely arrival, we strongly encourage our customers to place their orders with enough lead time before their intended use. Mai Bespoke Hair cannot be held responsible for missed appointments or events due to inaccurate ordering. We also advise you to schedule appointments once hair has been received.

 

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All orders are delivered via express service options and with tracking. 

Once your item(s) are dispatched, a confirmation notification will be sent to the email associated with your order and deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. 

Please allow additional transit time during sales season as deliveries may be subject to delay. In the rare event of a significant delay in your delivery, we will notify you via email.

Our hair goes through stringent quality control and is custom made, so we encourage you to plan accordingly and allow enough time for processing and delivery. The processing time is subject to the complexity of the order and the business of sales periods.

 It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and comply with the customs regulations and requirements of their country, including any taxes, fees, duties or special permits that may be necessary.

Please note that delivery time frames are estimates and may vary based on your location. During busy periods, such as the holiday season, there may be slight delays in delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will notify you via email.

Address Details: Ensure accurate address details during checkout as we are not liable for incorrect or missing information provided by the customer.

Lost/Missing Parcels: Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Refunds or reshipment for packages marked as delivered by the courier are not provided.

Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends.

Please note that once the parcel has been transferred to the courier, Mai Bespoke Hair is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transit.

Any customs charges or fees that may be incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the customer and we advise you to review and understand any potential fees before making your purchase. Orders will require a signature upon arrival.  Kindly verify with your local postal service for further information. Please refrain from refusing delivery as this will incur original delivery and return fees deducted from any subsequent refund.
